Founding Attorney Napoleon Yancey III was born and raised in Tennessee. At the University of Memphis, graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in finance and a concentration in real estate. After earning both his Master's in Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate Degree, he obtained a position with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), where he assessed financial institutions to determine whether they complied with both federal and state law.
Within three years of training with the FDIC, Attorney Yancey became a Commissioned Bank Examiner. He worked closely with executive management teams, recommending corrective actions to improve banks' compliance management systems.
Attorney Yancey then worked as Chief Financial Officer for Reeves Law Firm, where he discovered his passion for providing tax relief services and strategies for his clients. Backed by the legal and financial prowess he developed as a bank examiner, he founded Napoleon Law Firm PLLC to focus exclusively on legal tax resolution, auto accidents, and estate planning. He is currently licensed to practice in Tennessee.
When he is not assisting his clients, Attorney Yancey loves reading and watching science fiction books and movies, going out to the lake to fish and into the woods to hunt, rooting for the Memphis Tigers and Tennessee Titans, and spending quality time with close friends and family members.
